Just watched Will and Grace last night, I got season two on DVD and I watched the episode where Will has to land a high profile client or else he'll get fired. So Karen breezes in, insults his boss and then leaves and Will says "I'm sorry about that Ben, I had no idea she was coming. Usually she sends her flying monkeys first." Sa LLAM...that was the one I came to this thread to post!! I just bought season 2 too, and I just watched that one!

Last week on Everybody Loves Raymond (the repeats on the WB), the family is eating out in a restaurant and they see Robert's ex-wife. I dont remember who it was but someone says "I didn't recognize her without her broom and flying monkeys" (not exactly the quote but something like that)

I was watching Whose Line Is It Anyway? and the thing they were doing was First Drafts of Famous Movie lines. One of them said: "Follow the yellow brick toad, follow the yellow brick toad.."
Seems like there've been quite a few WoO references on there.

I was watching The Simpsons tonight, and in it, Moe's Tavern was swept up by a tornado and then, in the shape of a house, it fell on him. I laughed

I remembered another!
On "All That" on Nickelodeon a few years ago, they did a section called "The Wizard of Coz." Dorothy wouldn't take her shower, so her bathtub got sent to the land of Coz. Dorothy got out with the slippers already on, though there were still feet decked in the slippers under the bathtub. Dorothy met a man named McToad and he took off down the yellow brick road. He wanted something, though I don't remember what. Glinda appeared and told Dorothy to "Follow that fellow, McToad" so she could meet the great Wizard called Coz. Dorothy caught up with McToad and they met a man on the road called Noodle Face (or something like that) and he sang the song "If I Only Had Some Sauce." They arrive at Emerald City, which looks like Bill Cosby's house. They meet the Wizard called Coz, who is in fact Bill Cosby himself. Unfortunately there's no Elphie scene and the Wizard called Coz tells Dorothy to slap her face three times and say "There's no place like my shower." So Dorothy does so, and ends up back in her bathtub with Aunt Em and Uncle Henry there. In the end, Dorothy takes her shower.

llam, I remeber that one. I also remeber that right after I saw that, I acted the whole thing out in my living room and bathroom. I'm such an Oz geek ;D
I was watching Sex And The City (the best show) the other night, and Carrie said something to Samantha like "You're dating a Muchkin and I have to take a trip down the yellow brick road." (Sidenote: Sam was dating a very short man and Carries befriend wanted her to, um, well do something that requires squatting and something yellow, if you catch my drift.) Another WoO, well more Wicked reference from SATC was that a character on one of the episodes was named Idina and I started freaking out when I watched it and was like "Yay for Idina's!" ;D

Yeah, this doesn't really relate all that much, but in the movie "50 First Dates" there's one point where one character says to the other "I hope your happy!" and me and my friend immediately burst out into song. Llam, it was great, and then a bunch of nerdy 7th grade boys started throwing popcorn at us to shut us up.

I wonder if this counts as a reference: There was a guy on Jeopardy who went to some Wizard of Oz thing and he watched it with some of the people who played the munchkins. He said they would point out their friends in the movie and say who they married and where they live and such like that.

DSO! Hmmm...since WoO is sort of like a classic, I wonder if in a few years if TV shows will have Wicked references instead of WoO or maybe in addition to them. That'd be fun...

On Whose Line is it Anyway they had a ref....
They were doing an "You can only use questions" sort of thing; and the first scene? Dorothy arriving in Munchkinland. It was soooo funny. Because they were like putting Dorothy and the Cowardly Lion together romantically and all this other funny stuff. My favorite line was when Collin came in and said: "Aren't I the biggest Munchkin you've ever seen?" I was cracking up.
I just saw this: In the movie "Rookie of the Year," Henry and his friends go up to the two big "players entrance" doors and knock. And through a small circle an old man's head pops out. It was sort of WoO-esque, I thought.
