I Will Be Popular, why do I just see a bunch of pictures of a man sniffing his armpit? I don't know...0___o when I put them up they were working...sorry, I'll take them down for now... EDIT: Has anyone read The Water is Wide by Pet Conroy? There are like three whole pages, front and back, about the WoO...he says the Elphaba is the caricature of evil. I now officially hate that book, but I gotta read it for school.

Yech. I hate Pat Conroy . I had to read him for school too, but I didn't even bother after the first few chapters . But which one is The Water is Wide? What's that one about?

Oh, and btw, this isn't a TV show, but I rented a movie called Hansel and Gretel (don't ask me why) and the witch was green. And while Gretel was feeding Hansel food to fatten him up, he asks for a glass of water and a talking raven (I guess the witch's pet) says, "Witches hate water. WHAT?! You're tellin me you never seen the Wizard of Oz?!" Then when Gretel throws a bucket of water at the witch, the witch says "First a house falls on my sister, and now this!" I was having Wicked and Wizard of Oz flashbacks when I heard that stuff.

I was watching E!'s 101 Most Sensational Crimes of Fashion or something along those lines...anyway, on #20, Celine Dion's wedding headress, some stylist said something like "It's a faerie meets Snowzilla meets Glinda the Good." I don't remember the exact quote, seeing as I wasn't listening that closely until I heard "Glinda the Good." Then, #3, Lara Flynn Boyle's ballerina outfut, it started out: "Ballerinas use tutus and tights to defy the law of gravity." Once again, not sure of the exact quote, but "defy the law of gravity" was in there....

One of the songs in Rent goes "Mark, it's the Wicked Witch Of The West your mother!" Which, if taken literally, is a bit disturbing OK, so I was thinking about this and a strange/disturbing realization came into my head. If this is taken literally, Mark is his own father. Elphaba, or the WWotW, is played by Idina Menzel, who happens to play Maureen also. So since she can't exactly get pregnent with Joanne, it must mean Mark is his own father. That was probobly confusifying to read. Sorry!

Okay, that's even weirder than the explanation I'd worked out in my head (Fiyero=Norbert=Mark standby back in the day)...
