The difference between "Animals" and "animals" is pretty easy. In my mind it's not so much as an accent as in the accents one from different areas has, but a stress, in this case on the A. I actually did this when explaining the story to my mother. Baby Elphie though would be interesting to see.  Somehow I picture my sister with green face paint. |

I would love to see Little Elphie, cuz she's just so adorable in the book. I want one of my own! ::half considers buying a little dark-haired baby doll, painting its face green, dressing it up and naming it Elphie:: hehe

Haha. When I take Child Psych junior year (me=freshie) we get to have fake babies that cry. I am SO painting mine green and getting it a "Wicked" T-shirt. HAHAHA.
*lightbulb goes off* I just gota ANOTHER idea. HAHA. i was watching "Xena" today, and despite the cheesy special effects and horrible acting, Lucy Lawless would be a good Elphaba, despite the fact I REALLY hope they ask Idina to do it..if they do do a movie ;D

CAM is gorgeous but she isnt very strong in acting. She played really soft in the Matrix. Lucy Lawless makes stronger choices and she's already got the yell down, haha. ;D

I would love to see Little Elphie, cuz she's just so adorable in the book. I would really want to see Frex ( Elphaba's Father from the Book ) in any movie. I know he play's the Wizard in the show, but I think Joel Gray would do such an awesome job playing a demented and tormented minister. He's just so... expressive. Of course Turtle Heart would be another character that I would love to see an actor portray ;D . I don't know who would play him though. |

Unfortunatly all I think of when I picture him since Pirates is "and Really bad eggs." Whoopie Goldberg would be cool as the Elephant Lady. Who else do you want in it? |

I think the play & book could be mixed together to get a great movie & maybe have some of the quirks fixed so that it complies w/ Baum's books a little bit more

Into the Woods. In my various theatre classes over the past three years I've see that musical twice. They just taped a performance... Hello? can they please do that for Wicked so that I can get my Fiyeraba fix like daily...oh not even daily...hourly! Sa Sweet Oz!! I have said that a million times. It is ridiculous that I have to wait until I can afford another trip to NY (which will be a while, let me tell you) or until 2005 to see the show again! In my theater class we have watched Into the Woods and Sunday in The Park With George with the original broadway casts on video, and I am dying for them to film Wicked and sell it. Eeekkk....I would watch it like three times a day,....ooohh, and it would be so much easier to convert newbies, cause I could just show them the dazzifying video. Even if they aren't releasing the video now, they better be taping some of these live perfomances for posterity. Because I want to own a video eventually with Kristin, Idina, and all in the show. Okay, I think I have shared enough of my Wicked-withdrawal induced psychosis. |

It just wouldn't be the same without Norbert though... Jensen Ackles...my friend, you are a soap fan! My personal choice for Fiyero is Chad Brannon (soon to be ex Zander, on General Hospital). He has such an amazing voice and the first time I saw Wicked, I thought he would make a great Fiyero! Sa |
